1. Who are We?

Vera Equinox Technologies,Inc.,  is a reputable company engage in laptop repair business located at Cabanatuan City, Philippines.  Our company is an authorized service center of HP, Acer, Lenovo, and Asus laptops.

2. What is your standard operating procedure for repairing laptop?

  a. Fill up a Job Order Form downloaded from here (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/43046235/Notebook.pdf) 

  b. Send the laptop to us through courier of your choice and email to us the tracking number (if available) at service@veraequinox.com

  c. We will confirm the receipt of your laptop and send an acknowledgement receipt.

  d. Begin the repair process which usually takes between 3 - 14 days. If parts is not available, it takes 14 more days because parts are ordered abroad.  In any case, you will be notified.

  e. Status of the laptop repair can be checked at this link (http://www.veraequinox.com/support/view.php) by entering your email address and ticket number you received in previous email)

  f. Once repair is completed, we perform testing to ensure that the reported problem is fixed.

  g. We ship the laptop back to you.

3. How do we ship the laptop? 

You can ship the item through any of the local courier service.

4. Where do we contact you to followup the status of the repair?

When asking for update, please make sure that the Job Ticket # is always available.  There are three methods to contact us:

 5. Who bears the shipping cost?

Customer cover the cost of shipping the laptop to our service center and the return shipping cost back to the customer. 

6.  My laptop has been repaired by others. Can you fix it?

Yes we can!  Some of the laptops we repaired comes from other repair center or were repaired by other technicians.  For as long as the components are intact and the BGA chips are still in good conditions, your laptop is fixable.

7. What brand of laptops do you repair?

We can repair  HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Sony Vaio, Apple Macbooks, Dell, Toshiba, etc.
